• Access and usage are subject to verification and acceptance of applicable agreements.
• Any misuse of the platform, violation of policies, or unethical conduct may result in suspension or termination of access at the Company's discretion.

Role Limitation

• RupeeyaAaya is a business facilitation, enablement and distribution platform.
• Financial products and services available through the platform are offered and processed by authorised and regulated institutions.
• RupeeyaAaya provides technology and operational support that enables approved Business Associates to facilitate these services for customers.
• RupeeyaAaya does not provide financial products directly.

Compliance Obligations

Users and Business Associates are responsible for:

• complying with all applicable laws and regulations
• maintaining ethical business conduct
• avoiding misrepresentation, misleading information, or false commitments to customers

Any violation may lead to termination of platform access and legal action where applicable.

Intellectual Property

• All content, systems, software, branding, training materials, and documents available on the platform are the intellectual property of RUPEEYAAVYA FINSOLPRIVATE LIMITED.
• No material may be copied, reproduced, distributed, or used without prior written permission from the Company.

Limitation of Liability

RupeeyaAaya acts as a technology platform and business facilitation provider.

The Company shall not be liable for:

• decisions taken by financial institutions
• approval or rejection of financial applications
• delays in processing by third parties
• losses arising from misuse of the platform

The platform does not provide financial, investment, insurance, or tax advice.

Users are advised to evaluate financial products independently before making decisions.
