Refund Process
Refund requests must be submitted in writing within 7 working days of the transaction.
Supporting documents may be required for verification.
All refund requests will be reviewed in accordance with this policy.
Refund Eligibility
Refunds may be considered in the following situations:
Payment was made in error
Duplicate transaction occurred
Service activation did not take place
Platform Maintenance Cost
Payments made towards platform access, platform maintenance, training, or support services relate to digital service enablement.
Service activation is considered complete once platform access and user credentials are provided.
Payments are generally non-refundable once services are activated and system access is granted, as resources are allocated immediately upon activation.
Processing Time
Approved refunds, if applicable, are processed within 15–21 working days through the original payment method where possible.
